Commercial & Industrial Solar
Invest in a Solar Plant.25-Year Warranted Returns!
High electricity bills cost your business as much as a major raw material! Put your idle roof or land to work with a solar plant that pays you back every month. For factories, warehouses, institutions and commercial buildings across Uttar Pradesh, our team designs, supplies, installs and commissions your plant — with incentives and financing sorted before you commit.

Let's Work Out Your Savings and Payback
Before the panels and the paperwork, let's walk through what a plant would return for you. Put in your size and what you pay per unit today — we run 25 years of generation, running cost, loan repayment and tax benefit, on a net metering connection where the units you generate are set off against the units you draw.
Your Plant
Assumes only 10% equity — ₹1.07 lakh of your own money — with the remaining 90% funded by the bank.

Indicative only. Works on net metering — every unit generated is taken as adjusted against your bill at your current tariff. Assumes 1400 units per kW per year, 0.83% annual generation loss, ₹610 per kW a year for O&M rising 2% a year, insurance at 0.1% of project cost, and 10% own contribution with the balance on loan. Accelerated depreciation is applied at 40% written down each year against a 30% tax rate. Final numbers depend on your site, tariff category, lender and tax position — confirm them with your chartered accountant.

Incentives & Financing
Make the Economics Work.
A commercial solar plant is an investment decision as much as an engineering one. We help you see what the government allows, what lenders will fund and what the numbers look like after tax.
Accelerated Depreciation
Businesses can claim accelerated depreciation on solar assets under the Income Tax Act — 40% in the first year, with the balance written down in the following years. A plant commissioned and used for less than 180 days in the year gets half the first-year rate.
UP Solar Energy Policy 2022
The state policy offers exemption from electricity duty for ten years on captive, group-captive and third-party sale, 50% exemption on wheeling and transmission charges for intra-state third-party or captive use, and 100% stamp-duty exemption on land for solar plants and parks.
Financing & Lending
Solar plants are financed by banks, NBFCs and institutions such as IREDA and SIDBI, including MSME and green-energy lines. We prepare the technical documents and generation estimates your lender needs.
Government & Agency Schemes
Central and state schemes for industry, MSMEs and institutions change from time to time. We check what your project is eligible for today and help you with the application.
Tax benefits, state incentives and scheme eligibility depend on your project, your business and the rules in force at the time. The above is general information, not tax or financial advice — please confirm the position with your chartered accountant and lender.
Two Ways to Go Solar
Buy the plant outright, or have it funded and pay only for the units you use. We will tell you honestly which suits your load and your balance sheet.
CAPEX — You Own the Plant
You fund the plant and own it from day one. Your electricity cost drops to the cost of generation, and the tax and depreciation benefits are yours.
- Lowest cost per unit over 25 years
- Asset on your balance sheet
- Accelerated depreciation benefit
- Best when you have capital available
OPEX / RESCO — Pay Per Unit
The plant is funded and maintained by the investor and you simply pay for the units you consume, usually below your current tariff. Terms are worked out case by case.
- Little or no upfront investment
- Pay only for units generated
- Maintenance handled for you
- Best for steady, long-term loads
